The Samsung Galaxy A41 has just appeared on Geekbench under the model number 'SM-A415F'. The appearance on the benchmarking platform confirms the Samsung's plan to expand its successful Galaxy A 2020 series, which had already been announced last year.

The Galaxy A40 is one of the South Korean firm's most popular mid-range models. This was launched in March 2019 and has not received any variants since then. However, it will soon boast a renewed version, and that same one will be the already named Galaxy A41.

According to the Geekbench list, the 'SM-A415F' phone has scored 1,684 and 5,043 points in Geekbench 4 single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. Like its predecessor, The Galaxy A41 will run on the Android 10 operating system. Such an OS version could overlap with Samsung's latest One 2.0 UI.

The benchmark notes that the phone is powered by the octa-core MT6768V chipset, which has a base frequency of 1.70 Hz. Such a chip is said to be none other than Mediatek's Helio P65 processor, which consists of eight cores and can reach a maximum clock speed of 2 GHz. The Geekbench listing further states that the device will be equipped with 4 GB of RAM.

On the other hand, the earlier appearance of the Galaxy A41 battery on the South Korean certification website, SafetyKorea, suggested the existence of a certified battery pack with the model number 'EB-BA415ABY'. Galaxy A41 phone may have slightly longer battery life than Galaxy A40, thanks to the fact that the figure would increase from 3,100 mAh to 3500 mAh. In addition to this, rumors also suggest 15W fast charging support.
