Samsung Display shows a bit of the Galaxy S8 in three videos

While promoting the company's AMOLED technology, Samsung Display has been using renders of a phone we've been following in recent weeks, which could be the flagship device expected to be ready on March 29th . The company may have even shown us the Galaxy S8 in three promotional videos posted on its YouTube channel.

This is a way of gradually revealing parts of what the Galaxy S8 will be like, while also increasing expectations for a phone that needs to garner as much attention as possible to erase all the memories of the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7. We've already seen real images of this phone and its possible dimensions , which suggest it's slightly larger than the previous Galaxy S7 edge.

The first of these videos focuses on the top-of-the-line advantages that a Samsung AMOLED product offers over its competitor, LCD. These advantages include color contrast, brightness, and the slim profile of a device with this panel.

The second video shows the benefits to users with red-green vision deficiencies, while the third advertising video focuses on how AMOLED technology can reduce blue light for better vision when using a device at night.

In all those videos, you can see a phablet-type device with dimensions that closely match those renders supposedly of the Galaxy S8. The dimensions also follow recent trends, and curiously, none of those renders show the more curved, dual-screen design of the Galaxy S8, which could indicate a more standard, flatter variant, although this is less likely.
