Ping Pong Fury is a table tennis game that is currently in beta and that it has everything to be an interesting ping pong simulator. That game in which we see two players throwing balls left and right; the truth is that it is spectacular to see it.
And that fury that is in the name is not so much when we start to play, since it seems that it is a whole simulator to stay quite short when playing the games; a multiplayer online game in which you have a little left to understand that we are playing against real players.
Losing fury as we play
First of all you have to notify that it is in beta phase, so there is a lot of room for me to improve these aspects that have shocked us a bit and it may all be that they are integrating content as the weeks go by.
Yes it is true that at first the game itself has not enchanted us when we start to use the ping pong paddles, since nor is there a tutorial and you almost have to guess how to hit the ball. Yes, you keep your finger on the screen directing the paddle where the trajectory of the boot thrown by the opponent will fall.
When you get used to hitting them, yes, at certain times You can understand that by gesturing downwards the ball takes more speed, but you have to guess for yourself, since the tutorial is hardly non-existent and we return to what was said before about the beta.
What looks like a good simulator with Ping Pong Fury
And is that if we go over those glitches and the lack of the tutorial, quickly gets us on track to go and buy a new paddle, have new balls and everything that is usually present in these freemium games. They even give the feeling that they want to go too fast to teach us the whole game.
The only thing that when you enter a simulator of a sport you have to pamper all the technical aspects so that this simulation makes you want to try new palettes that really make an impact on the gameplay; and this is where having a new palette hardly makes any difference.
Nor is that let's have a training room where we can test the gestures to handle ourselves better in the games. And it doesn't cost much, since when you pass the first game to handle Ping Pong Fury, you go looking for the training ground so as not to get fully into online multiplayer and lose a game; although you will not lose it.
Access leagues against other players
Hopefully they do well and be able to implement those very logical improvements on the other hand. It is a multiplayer game, so you have to take good care of all aspects to be able to immerse anyone who wants to start their journey in a game of table tennis; we always have others most experienced ping pong games from years ago and this one is from the same developer, so we trust that they will improve it.
Visually, Ping Pong Fury is the best way to enter, it is in the technical section where we do not find that hook that invites us to try to improve or use certain gestures. If that the environments, the tables and the game menus are very well worked visually, but we lack that background or soul in the gameplay to keep playing.
Ping Pong Fury is available in beta format for you to give it a try and maybe come back again in a few months to see the improvements they have made. They have a good base, so everything starts from working on it or having enough budget to be able to launch it in a better version of this one.

It has the foundation to outdo itself and coming from the same developer as Tablet Tennis Touch, we can hope for the best. Now it has shortcomings as a tutorial and make the movements you do more explicit.
