Among several announcements, presentations and mobile launches that the month of January gave us, Oppo was not as present as expected. But, to put a twist on this, and give something to talk about, the Asian company brings us the Oppo A71 (2018), a terminal that comes with almost the same specifications as the A71 launched last year, in which, as a curious fact, the RAM memory varies, which, this time, is of lesser capacity.
The A71 (2018) has very minimal differences from the previous variant, although, inside, we will find several improvements, subtle but notable, which, despite everything, make it a somewhat different option that would make us think about which one to choose. Get to know it!
Among the qualities that stand out most of this device, we found a RAM memory of only 2GB, something different and very peculiar because, last year's A71, integrates a 3GB.
The processor also changes, since Oppo, instead of continuing with a Mediatek MT6750 octacore (4x Cortex-A53 of 1.5GHz + 4x Cortex-A53 of 1.0GHz) of 28nm, switch to an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC (4x Cortex-A53 at 1.8GHz + 4 Cortex-A53 at 1.8GHz) of 14nm which is noticeably faster in terms of the former.
On the other hand, Runs Color OS 3.2 based on Android 7.1 Nougat, something different from what we see in the previous A71, which only comes with Color OS 3.1, a somewhat lower version of OS.
In addition, with regard to the photographic section, It has the same sensors of the same resolution, but, this time, it carries the AI ​​Beauty Recognition Technology which, according to Oppo, "is based on a global image database that serves as an experienced photographer who knows your beauty and offers the most suitable beautification effect for you."
It is worth mentioning that the design of the Oppo A71 (2018) is the same as the previous A71, both in dimensions and weight.

This terminal comes in gold and black at a price of PKR 19.899 in Pakistan, which, in turn, would translate into about 144 euros approximately. In addition, he has confirmed his arrival in Taiwan, although, regarding Europe, nothing concrete is known yet.
