Thanks to the fact that all the brands have put the batteries in the frequency of updates, at least the largest ones, which Nokia is the Android brand that wins the table of leaders in frequency, it may not be as important as it would be 3 or 4 years ago.
A new report arrives from Counterpoint research firm in which it is visualized how the different manufacturers have published their updates in the past year, from the third quarter or Q3 of 2018 to Q2 of 2019.
Nokia would be the one that reigns that race for the launch of updates with 96 percent of their phones launched on the market last year that already have Android 9.0 Pie; and although desserts are no longer of any use starting with Android 10.

The interesting thing is that Korean giant Samsung is in second place with 89% of your devices with the latest version. A more than important data to be one of the benchmark brands in Android and that shows the enormous work that the company is doing; by the way, don't miss the comparison we made a few days ago between the Note10 + and the S10 + on video.

We would go to Xiaomi and Huawei to have the 80 percent of your devices with Pie. While there are other brands, from which something more is expected, they stay in more than 50% of their devices with Android 8.1 Oreo.
Another important detail in this report is also related to Nokia by indicating that the brand has updated 50 percent of their phones launched last year to Pie in six months. Of course, there is no other company, apart from Xiaomi and Lenovo, that have updated Pie 12 months after its launch.
An interesting report to see how brands do it and what they bet on have your terminals up to date with a victorious Nokia.
