Along with the Samsung Galaxy S5, of which we have carried out a video analysis, the Korean manufacturer presented its new smartwatch, the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2. A device that continues to limp in some aspects, such as the position of the camera, but that adds some very interesting news.
The first feeling when putting on the Samsung watch is of robustness. In addition, despite using Tizen As an operating system, the interface is traced to that of any Android so its use is really simple and intuitive. Although the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 is not waterproof, Samsung guarantees that we can shower without problems or that sweat will not affect its performance. And it is that with the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 we are going to sweat, a lot.
Samsung Galaxy Gear 2, aimed at a very athletic profile

And is that Samsung has integrated its new smartwatch with S-Health, so we can easily monitor our favorite sports activity. In addition, the new smartwatch has a sensor on the inside that monitor our heart rate. Not to mention its integrated pedometer.
The only thing I can find is the position of the camera. It would have been interesting to be able to use it comfortably to make video calls, mainly because few users will use their 2 megapixel camera to capture photos. In short, a very complete smartwatch that, although it is currently only compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S5, will not take long to reach other models of the Korean manufacturer.
