Today I want to share with you all, thanks again to the XDA Developers forum , the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 camera application ported in APK version for easy installation on other Android devices.
The application absolutely requires Android 4.3 , and it will most likely only work for Samsung brand devices since I have tried to install it on two devices of other brands and I have not been able to, although I know that on the Samsung Galaxy S3 , Galaxy S4 and the Note 2 with Android 4.3 it works perfectly.
Can I install it on my Android terminal?
The answer to this question is very relative, and if you want to clear up any doubts, simply download and try it on your own device. Since it's an APK file , you won't run any risks; at most, it won't install if it's not compatible with your device, and you can uninstall it from settings/applications whenever you want.
As I mentioned at the beginning of the post, it is very likely that it can only be installed on Samsung devices running Android 4.3 , although unfortunately not on all of them, since I myself have tried to install it on my Samsung Galaxy S or Galaxy Tab 1 with Android 4.3 and the application has not installed correctly, most likely due to the characteristics of both terminals which are already quite old.
I suppose this could be due to something related to the KNOX security system implemented by Samsung in the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 , which would also affect its own applications.
The fact is that, according to the user who uploaded it to the XDA forum , it seems to work perfectly on the Samsung Galaxy S4 , provided you have installed the latest Android 4.3 firmware.
How do I try to install it on my Android?
As I mentioned before, the only requirement is that you have the latest version of Android . Also, since it's an application downloaded directly in APK format , you must have enabled permissions to install applications from unknown sources in the settings of the device on which you want to install it. These can be found in settings/security of your Android device.
To install or attempt to install , simply download the APK and navigate to the downloads path using any file explorer.
