Although these posts disappear from your profile when deleted , they are automatically saved in the "Recently Deleted" folder. You should know that stories that are deleted and not found in your archive will only appear in the " trash " for 24 hours. All other posts are automatically deleted. Content can remain in the trash for a maximum of 30 days; after that, you won't be able to recover it easily.
Steps to recover your deleted photo

- Log in to your Instagram app as usual. Select your profile, to do this, you must click on the image that you will find in the lower right corner. Later, select the bar of 3 lines that is in the upper right part of your screen.
- In this option you must select the option “Your activity"And select the option"Recently deleted".
- Next, a folder will appear with all your posts eliminated. Here you will only have to select those that you want to return to your account, and at the bottom right of your screen press the 3 dots and click on “Restore".
- The Meta application loads a pop-up window where you must confirm the recovery of the post, if you agree, you only have to select the option "Restore".
Other ways to recover your deleted Instagram photos

From the photo gallery of your mobile
Enter the image gallery of your mobile device. Now select the option “Álbumes” and then look for the folder called “Instagram”. Later, enter the folder, where you can see all the photos that you have uploaded to your Instagram profile. 
This option is found available for Android and iOS devices, where when you upload a photo to the Meta application, it saves a backup copy on your mobile, what you should know is that with this option you can only recover the posts that you have published in your feed.
From the file manager
Another option that might work is using your Android mobile device's file manager. To do this, you can launch your preferred file manager, which will allow you to navigate through the device's folders and files. Once inside, you must select the " Folder " icon. This last step may vary depending on the file manager you are using.
Then enter the folder called "Pictures” and finally in the folder “Instagram” where you can view the photographs that you have uploaded to your feed. You will have to select only those images that you want to recover and save them on your device. 
For iOS devices, you must go to the Photos app and look in the " Recently Deleted " folder. In the case of these smartphones, images are deleted within 30 days.
Check in your Google Photos folder
Your mobile device automatically saves a backup of your photos ; you can access Google Photos on your Android and search for the image you want.
This option only allows you to recover photos or videos that you had on your mobile device. If your post was edited within the Meta app, you can find the original version of your photo in the cloud.
