Any smartphone can have higher performance if you are doing an optimization over time, necessary if you want to get the best results. One of the things to do is, for example, carry out maintenance with what we know, in addition to other things that are strictly necessary.
Like any operating system, you need to go about doing the different tasks in case you want it to be much more agile and fast, which, if not too bad in hardware, will do a lot. It is important to say that some of the things will not be needed of a specific application as they come integrated into Android.
Let's detail how to optimize android and make your phone run smoothly on any occasion, to have a device with which to be able to do as many tasks as you want. It is not complicated at all to make the terminal have more resources and on the other hand it is a "new" mobile after doing each of the steps.
First thing, prepare the mobile phone

One of the first steps to start is none other than preparing the phone, since it will require different steps, including the basic ones, which begin by pulling some tips. A basic advice is to see what consumes the most, freeing up part of that memory if possible, important if we want to perform in a remarkable way, for this it will sometimes be necessary to see the consumption of RAM, one of the important elements apart from CPU, storage and other elements.
Before starting, the first thing is to know part of the hardware, they are interesting details, since you will see if it will perform like the first day, all without having to restore the smartphone. Certain apps promise to improve performance, although it does not meet part of the expectations, which is normal in these cases.
Among those things to do are cleaning the terminal with the included optimizer, remove animations, restart the device and even think about resetting it. Any of them will greatly improve your device, which will not go like the first day after the passing of the months, nor with the years.
The first step, uninstall applications that you do not use

Cleaning the phone of those applications that you are not going to use will be of remarkable performance, both for memory and for RAM if it were in the background. Certain apps almost always start with the system, it is advisable to see the ones that start and remove each of them to improve space / agility.
To remove them one by one, you have the internal uninstaller, it is advisable, although you will also be able to remove them one by one from the desktop. If you want to remove those not considered important, click on it and go up until it shows you the relevant options, having to choose “Uninstall” or “Delete.
View those from “Settings” and then go to “Applications”, within "Applications" you also have storage expenses, sometimes due to their use. Go looking at each one of them and write down on a piece of paper, and then remove it with the main uninstaller, which is to do this by hand.
Update the system and applications

Another problem that often occurs is that the Android system is not updatedNeither do most of the applications on our smartphone. The first step is none other than going directly to the Play Store, there are all the apps that we always have to update, which are usually many.
To update apps, do the following on your device:
- Open the Play Store from your device, it is usually on the main page, if you have moved it, it may be found with the Google apps
- After opening this, go to the left side and click on your profile image
- Once inside, you have to go to "Manage apps and device", press on this setting
- You will see all the updates of the available applications, you can go one by one or click on "Update all"
- To do all of them at once, click on "Update all"
- Wait for the complete process to update each one of them.
After updating all, it remains to update the system, which becomes just as necessary than each of the applications. This step is faster, since it will not take us too much process. To get to the update, go to "Settings", then click on "System and updates", after this click on "Software update" and click on the existing one, which will appear marked in red.
Disable unnecessary widgets

The consumption of RAM memory sometimes has a large part to small applications, that's what they are called once we create it, sometimes they do it on their own, they install themselves. Widgets, like an app, will require a process to start working, permissions are needed for them, which you may have done without knowing it.
To disable unnecessary widgets on your device, Do the following:
- Unlock your device with screen/side tap or unlock code
- Go to the widget you want to remove, if it is a screen widget, click on a blank space, several options will appear, one of them is "Widgets", click here to enter all of them
- Once inside, go removing those that you consider are not good or have not been activated manually and that's it
Reboot the phone after it's done
A restart of the device will always come in handy after doing the different things, so it is advisable to perform this step if what we want is for the device to perform again. With so many processes open, it is advised that you kill background apps and restart it after disabling one by one.
To remove background apps, do the following:
- One of the first steps is to go to “Settings”
- Within this option go to "Applications" and then to "Application Start"
- Swipe from right to left to deactivate those who consume
