YouTube Music will now allow you to listen to music offline from the web version . To download content, save it to your computer's hard drive, and play it without an internet connection, you'll need to meet certain requirements.

It is now possible to download songs and podcasts from YouTube Music to listen to them offline
YouTube Music is a service that's part of YouTube, but specializes in music and podcasts. Currently, users can download content from the Google-owned platform, store it on their device, and enjoy it offline.
For now, the functionality will be available in the web version and if you run out of internet you will be able to listen to music and podcasts from your computer. Of course, it will require some requirements that consist of:
- You can download songs up to a limit of 10 devices linked to the user's Google account.
- Downloaded content will not remain available on your computer's disk forever, unless it is connected to the internet once every 30 days. Otherwise, you will no longer be able to access them offline.
Downloaded music can be viewed in the " My Library " section of YouTube Music. It will also feature various filters to help you find content more quickly, including podcasts, songs, and albums.
This feature will be activated for users who have YouTube Music downloaded on their computer and are using Digital Rights Management (DRM) , a system that protects copyrighted content. Currently, there is no exact release date, but it is estimated that it will be available in the coming weeks or months.
YouTube Music plans to launch other new features this year as part of a positioning strategy.
