Just yesterday, my colleague Eder Ferreño informed you that Spotify Lite was about to arrive on the Google Play Store, the official application store for Android. In today's practical video tutorial, I'm going to show you how to install Spotify Lite before its official arrival on Google Play and before it's officially available in your country.
We are going to achieve all this in a very simple way with the simple download and manual installation of the official Spotify Lite APK without any modification. I will explain all the details below.
How to download and install official Spotify Lite before it is available in your country
The first thing we need to do to install the new version of Spotify Lite, besides downloading the APK directly from this link, is to enable the option in our Android settings to install applications from unknown sources, which is essentially the ability to install APK files downloaded from outside the Google Play Store.
Once this is done, simply download the APK corresponding to your processor's architecture, whether 64 or 32 bits , and click on the downloaded APK to enjoy this version of Spotify Lite.
A lite version of Spotify that will consume far fewer resources on your Android device, less internal storage , less cache memory, and even less mobile data usage if you have the application configured to work with your mobile data connection.
All this without losing the essence of Spotify and, above all, avoiding the annoying visual ads , video ads that are being heavily promoted in the normal version of Spotify and that many people don't like very much, especially because mobile data consumption skyrockets considerably.
In the attached video that I've included at the beginning of this post, in addition to explaining step by step the simple installation process of the official Spotify Lite and demonstrating how it works perfectly , I also take the opportunity to show you the application's simple and minimalist user interface, as well as demonstrate the reduced consumption of both internal storage memory and mobile data.
So I advise you to take a look at it, as for me it is a very interesting, long-awaited, and desired application , especially for those with limited data plans and devices with fewer system resources.
