Netflix has added an ad-supported subscription plan in Spain. The plan, called "Basic with Ads," costs €5,49 per month and offers 1080p resolution on a single device (they started with 720p, but criticism led them to eventually offer Full HD quality), and the option to stream content with ads.
The ads are shown before, during, and after the programs and movies. The ads last approximately 12 minutes per hour of content. So, in a 20-minute episode, you'll have to sit through 3 minutes of commercials.
