Few days ago, Samsung released the update One UI 3.1 for the famous Galaxy S20 FE, but mysteriously the South Korean company stopped it, leaving many users without it who could not download it at first.
The high-end was the first to welcome you, even before the Galaxy Note 20 series phones. Now the firm has re-released the One UI 3.1 OTA for the terminal, so you should already have the notification indicating its arrival, in the event that you are a user of this phone.
The Galaxy S20 FE again receives the One UI 3.1 update via OTA
There was no official statement from Samsung communicating why the update was stopped. It was believed that it was faulty, but no report was leaked indicating this. It was even thought that this was released early by accident and that it would not be available on the phone again for several weeks.
The good news is that One UI 3.1 for the Galaxy S20 FE has been released again. The update, as described in the portal GSMArena, requires a download of more than 1.7 GB and has the same version number as before: 'G781BXXU2CUB5'. This makes us think that the update did not stop due to failures or problems.
OTA is currently spreading to many countries in Europe; it is not known if it is also available globally. If you have not received it on your device yet, you can verify it manually by navigating to the menu Configuration > Software update of your phone.
