El new mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S3 was one of the most anticipated since details of its development began to leak, and with its official announcement in London some very interesting news appeared, such as the possibility of playing videos over the window of the main application that we are using, which is denominates Pop up Play.
And the ingenuity of the developers applications for Android does not stop, and a beta has already been released from an Argentine development team of a project called Floating Player that allows us to do just that, on Android 2.2 or higher and on phones with different technical characteristics.
The new Floating Player video player works in a similar way to the service offered in the Samsung Galaxy S3, allowing us to move from one side to another a small auxiliary window where the video will be played. This is particularly useful for powerful phones, as it involves running multiple applications simultaneously.
To activate the player, we just have to go to the file browser and select a video with the context menu. Once the Floating Player Beta is installed, the option to play the video using that program will appear.
The rest of the controls are carried out from the notification bar, where we find the video cancellation button, and on the screen itself, being able to pause or resume a playback with a touch on the video.

It received its most recent update on May 8 and is still in its most important stage of development today, inviting users to try one of the new features of the Samsung Galaxy S3 in almost any mobile compatible with Android 2.2 and higher.
