Google Photos has been updated to version 2.0 (we already received 1.24 2 months ago) and while we might think that it would arrive with a good string of new features, we are going to have to wait, since the one great feature is the ability to order albums permanently. Spectacular you can almost say, but surely the guys from Mountain View have a reason for it.
It is not that it is the only new functionality, but also other details have been integrated, although rather insignificant and that can almost go unnoticed by the many who use this great gallery of smart images on a daily basis. Those improvements are directed more to interface of user or UI, so that the user experience improves a little to what were previous versions of the app.
The ability to sort albums was added to the pop-up menu a few weeks ago, giving users the ability to view photos in order in which they were added, or leave them as they wanted by giving the power manually. A few criticisms received, and it didn't take long to update the app to lower the overall fumes.
The feature would have been better if it was permanent, as this would return to its default state after customization, so now it will be constantly maintained so that we have those albums arranged as we want.
This option is available from the album edition that will open a edit mode in which we can classify by recently added, the newest the first or the oldest first. If the album is not sorted by any of those methods, it will be a custom option already selected.
You can download the APK from this link to have this new feature.
