Google just launched Gemini Live in SpanishThis update allows users in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries to interact in their native language with this advanced conversational AI. This new feature was presented at this year's Made by Google event.
What is Gemini Live and how does it work?
Gemini Live is a conversational AI tool from Google that adapts to the language and style of each user's conversation. Its initial presentation was in English, but due to the great reception from the public, Google has decided to expand access and that is why has included more than 40 languages, among which is the Spanish of Spain.
This wizard can keep conversations flowing, similar to the ones you would have with a friend. You can ask them to help you plan events and celebrations (like a birthday party or any other social event), receive advice or guidance based on your profile, learn about topics of interest (science, history, game rules, sports, and much more), explore local topics, or just have a conversation with them.
The assistant adapts to the interests and needs of each user and even allows you to change the subject or delve deeper into certain aspects without sudden interruptions. In Gemini Live you can also select from ten voices different, so that each user can find the tone that best suits their experience.
In addition to all these capabilities, Gemini Live also integrates with other applications in the Google ecosystemFor example, it is integrated with Gmail, YouTube, Keep, Calendar and Maps.
How to set up Gemini Live in Spanish?
Go to the Gemini Live app on your Android and at the top right, click on your profile picture or initials. Go to Settings and then Google Assistant. Finally, Click on Languages. Choose Spanish or any of the available languages.
Currently, you can configure Gemini Live to use up to two languages on the same device.
